- Should let people know you can help them buy, sell or rent real estate by referring them to a great experienced agent
- Must refrain from listing or selling real estate yourself
- Are required by the Minnesota Department of Commerce to attend 15 hours of continuing education each year in order to keep your license in good standing
- Must abide by all laws and codes of ethics applicable to a licensed real estate salesperson
